Wouldn’t it be cool to know God’s Plan?

Many times, I’ve wanted to go out on the backyard and talk to a burning bush! Wouldn’t it be cool to have some definitive answer or instructions from God Almighty. We pray, we read and study, we listen and look for signs, but what we really want is contact, something that will confirm what we think we see. You know the old saying “When you make plans, God laughs.”

His plans are all around

Faith is the things hoped for. It is difficult to believe in things we can’t see or touch. Hope is an enormous characteristic trait. It overcomes so many problems and challenges. We see our problems right in front of us, the amount of money in our checking account, our check stubs from our jobs, the success and failures of our kids and the relationship with our spouses. The responses from our family and friends on how we deal with life is a wonderful metric on how our faith and hope is relevant in our lives. We all have the same problems but not the same resources. Faith and Hope are the great equalizers. Display them for all to see and maybe you will see that burning bush! And as always, this is just one man’ opinion.
