Temporary amnesty (6 months) for undocumented aliens in US. All must register with US government. If found to be criminally charged with felony or charged in another country, then immediate removal. Will create a new status (TAP) for all who sign up within 6 months. Anyone without new documentation after 6 months will be removed from US immediately according to TITLE 8 Chapter 12 Subchapter II Part VIII Subsection 1325.

All TAP Visas will last 5 years. Registered aliens will not be allowed to vote in any local, state or national elections for duration of visa. Registered participants will not be able to be counted in Census 2030. Registered participants will undergo a regular 6-month FBI check and if no criminal record for 5 years, then participants will be able to apply for US Citizenship. If charged and convicted of a felony, the participants are subject to the US Criminal Justice System

Participants will be given a TAP identification card to work in the E-Verify system. All current laws pertaining to E-Verify will remain in force. Participants will be subject to both Social Security and Income Tax provisions.

OPINIONS

Businesses hiring TAPS eligible workers must E-Verify and collect SS, Income Tax, and Quarterly tax payments. No cash payments allowed. Tax credits will be available to qualifying businesses to offset wage discrepancies from previously undocumented workers.

TAPS beneficiaries will be eligible for Medicaid and income-based benefits upon proving work.

No monies will be allowed to be transferred out of US.

If Congress declares birthright citizenship is unconstitutional then this will only apply after 5 years and all satisfactory requirements are meet.

Dedicated IRS department and judicial branches will be established to verify continued eligibility.

If I can write this, without AI, then we have an inept congress. November elections are going to be a monster event. The course of America will be changing. Let’s make sure we’re changing for the good.
